Sadeeq means friend.

Etymology

صديق

ṣadīq · Arabic · friend

ص-د-ق: the root — truth, sincerity
صادق: ṣādiq — truthful, honest
صديق: ṣadīq — friend

In Arabic, the word for friend is built from the root that means truth. The same three letters give you the word for honest. That is not an accident of the language, and it isn’t an accident here either.

The most useful thing a friend does is tell you the truth — including when the truth is inconvenient for them. So that is the deal we make with every client, and we put it in writing before you pay us anything:

If the numbers don’t justify a custom build, we say so and point you at the $40-a-month tool that does 80% of it. If a task is too small to be worth automating, we tell you on the first call instead of scoping it anyway. If something we built stops earning its keep, we’ll be the ones to raise it.

Plenty of consultancies will sell you AI because you asked for AI. We would rather be the one you call back.

FAQ

Is the audit genuinely free, or is it a sales call?

Genuinely free, and you keep the written output either way. We do it because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether there is real work here. If the answer is no, you have lost an hour and gained a document that ranks your most expensive repetitive tasks — which is useful even if you never hire anyone.

Will this replace people on my team?

In practice it almost never does — it replaces the part of their job they resent. The businesses that get the most from this are the ones that were about to hire a second admin and instead put that person on work that actually grows the company. If your goal is headcount reduction, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether the numbers support it.

What happens to my data?

You own it and you own the system. For most builds we use hosted models with data retention turned off, and we will tell you exactly which providers touch what. If your industry makes that unacceptable — medical records, client legal files, payment data — we build the whole thing on hardware you control, with nothing leaving your network.

What if it breaks after you’ve been paid?

Every build comes with a two-week warranty on defects at no cost. Beyond that, the monthly plan exists precisely because these systems need watching: models change, websites change, and a system nobody monitors will eventually fail quietly. You can also take the code and run it yourself — it is yours, and we document it so that is a real option rather than a theoretical one.

We already pay for software that claims to do this.

Then let’s find out why it isn’t working before you buy anything else. Off-the-shelf tools fail for a predictable reason: they handle the standard case, and your business makes money on the exceptions. We build for the exceptions, and we connect to what you already own rather than replacing it.

How small is too small?

If one person spends less than about five hours a week on the task, the numbers usually don’t justify a custom build, and we will say so. Below that line we are happy to point you at a tool that costs $40 a month and does most of it. Move the sliders in §01 down and the chart will tell you the same thing.
